- Provide reliable full charge bookkeeping for small/medium businesses
- Keep the appropriate journals
- Record transactions (cash disbursement, receipts, income, purchase, etc.)
- Record accounts receivable (A/R), clients invoicing, open invoices, aging report (collections)
- Record accounts payable (A/P), prepare unpaid bills details
- Credit control (credit limit for collection period)
- Reconcile all accounts monthly – banks, credit cards, and PayPal
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, trial balance, and general ledger)
- Keep the details of customers and vendors profile
- Reconcile end of the year Payroll Tax Filings: (Forms W-2’s, 1099’s, etc.)
- Year-end report preparation for accountant – tax purposes
