  • Provide reliable full charge bookkeeping for small/medium businesses
  • Keep the appropriate journals
  • Record transactions (cash disbursement, receipts, income, purchase, etc.)
  • Record accounts receivable (A/R), clients invoicing, open invoices, aging report (collections)
  • Record accounts payable (A/P), prepare unpaid bills details
  • Credit control (credit limit for collection period)
  • Reconcile all accounts monthly – banks, credit cards, and PayPal
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, trial balance, and general ledger)
  • Keep the details of customers and vendors profile
  • Reconcile end of the year Payroll Tax Filings: (Forms W-2’s, 1099’s, etc.)
  • Year-end report preparation for accountant – tax purposes
